Title: Butcher Paper recommendation
Post by: Babekyu on September 05, 2021, 05:12:15 AM
Hi,

Plenty of butcher paper available to buy,  peach,  pink etc.  Different widths also, 17 +", 18" and 24".  Which width would work best for any cook?  Should I consider the 18" width or just go straight for the 24"?

Thank you.

24" is my recommendation.... Perfect size for ribs, butts and brisket.  I buy a roll at a time from Amazon and hang it in our pantry using a wire shirt hanger bent to shape.

Gfs is also a good alternative.  They have 1000 foot 18 inch rolls of white butcher paper even cheaper than Amazon.  I just overlap sheets if needed.
