Wowzers do I ever love Cowboy Kent Rollins! That guy has given me some of my absolute favorite recipes. You guys need to try it out. It's an instant fan favorite. Gotta modify the height next time to fit the ol 26'r a bit better but other than that, the cook went perfectly!

Kent Rollins is a cooking fool! Seems like a great guy too. My favorite yt channel. My mom and stepdad took his class in Oklahoma about 2016 or so and loved it. I plan to go with the ol lady when possible.

My cast iron cooking instruments have never been better thanks to him. I finally managed to use my Dutch oven without burning things to coal inside! He's funny to!
