Title: First smoked chicken on 22.5 w slow n sear
Post by: DpOcBl2021 on August 02, 2021, 07:04:42 PM
I bought a Weber Master Touch grill and finally got it last week. I added the Slow N Sear, a SNS drip pan, Nomex gasket around the lid, Killa Grilla stainless steel heavy duty grates, and more. I smoked a 6 lb. chicken as the first cook and it turned out awesome, I say with complete humility!!

I used some oak chunks. It really had a smoke flavor and aroma. I did two more this past weekend that turned out equally as good.
