Title: Another pulled pork night

Tonight I made pulled pork, baked beans, corn bread, cole slaw, and grilled corn and tomato salad. I got caught up in the evening and forgot to take more pictures but the stand out, aside from the pulled pork, was the grilled corn and tomato salad. I used the recipe from Michael Symon's Playing with Fire. The corn bread turned out great as well; my favorite so far after trying a handful of recipes. For that I used

Agree with King, nice bark.  I really like heavy bark on a pork butt - gives the meat varying textures and tastiness when pulled.  Nice job!
