Anyone have recommendations for a cast iron grate upgrade for the big Joe? What is available? I can't seem to find much online.
Ok...just heard from Craycort. They will have cast iron grates for the Big (Jumbo) Joe in a few weeks.

Only one Jumbo Joe hat I know about, 18" Kettle.
There's a jumbo joe premium which is 22.5, modern jumbo joe which is 18.5, discontinued jumbo joe which is 18.5 but doesn't use an 18.5 grate. Since you brought up craycort rule of elimination points to the discontinued jumbo joe.

It's not discontinued, as Weber still offers it for $75. I found it on sale for $15! Could not pass it up. My kettle bowl measures 18.5".

Filibuster is referring to the 18.5" Smokey Joe Platinum aka Jumbo Joe aka Outrider, which was discontinued in 2006. Had he included a pic, it would have cleared up some confusion... no worries though, we've got it covered!
