ditto on the Deez Nuts 🥜 did a small boneless pork butt with it and pecan wood for smoke - tasty

The meat church web site shows them on sale. 10.00 per seasoning. I got a 5 pack for 40.00.

. not meaning to blaspheme here, but kettle cooking is kinda spiritual at times - especially when lifting the lid after the first few hours of a long cook
