I dont know why I feel the impulse of buying the 14" WSM. I already own the 18" and 22". A guy locally is offering me a practically new WSM 14" for $100... I could see its purpose to save fuel on a single pork butt or a small chicken. Am I crazy for thinking about getting it?

Nahh...your not crazy for wanting to get it...at least on this site. But your family and friends will think you are.
It's a fun cooker and cooks great. It definitely conserves on the fuel compared to the 18". To give you a little motivation, you can always sell it at that price in the future if it turns out you don't want it.

I say buy it, try it out and have fun with it. You can always sell it for that price later on if it's in the way or you don't like it. I'll bet you will like it.

I have the 14 and 18 WSMs and the 14 is my work horse by a long shot. It's such a great little cooker, especially for my family of 4. On a side note, Charlie...let's see some more of that custom blue! Did you have that done at Independence?
