Used center cut sirloin, I seasoned one bag with teriyaki sauce, the other bag with bulgogi sauce. Normally mix up with jerky seasoning, and let it sit for at least 48 hours. This stuff just 24, and it turned out good. The teriyaki is the best...was hoping for spicy with the bulgogi, as I bought the spicy kind, but it's not very spicy at all.
