:P

The corn has been aplenty lately.  I figured a seafood boil was in order. So I added some fresh shrimp, crawfish, conecuh sausage, taters, onion, garlic, coriander seeds, butter, old bay, seafood boil concentrate, vinegar, salt and Corn!

Monday was a total PITA at work but it's a short work week and I came home to enjoy the High Life. I cooked this boil on the side burner of the Genny!

Over the weekend a buddy gave me a few large red snapper fillets, so I cooked them up too.

Grilled the first one, the way my dad used to grill fish when I was little. Marinate it in Italian dressing then in a basket with bacon on both sides. I used newsman's own olive oil & vinegar dressing instead of the Italian dressing.

More corn...

And when u got fish u gotta have a fish fry, right?!?

So I did that over the weekend too!

Thanks for checking out my seafood cooks. Sorry no action shots. I'll try to get some of my upcoming big 4th cooks.
