Havent posted in a few days. Took some time off for the holiday but I want to see what everyone did for Thanksgiving. I Smoked this fire chicken for two hours over pecan and hickory. Total cook time was 4.5 hrs at between 275-350. It was very tasty and impressed the fam. Now flip us the bird and show yours!

Nice. My wife wanted to make her Turkey in the oven for Thanksgiving. It's ok, we bought a second one for me to cook on the brownie!
