Title: Accessories
Post by: Jasonkuse on November 06, 2020, 01:52:40 PM
Yes I know it's mounted to the front leg, my OCD wouldn't have it any other way. What I don't like about these kind of accessories, is it compromises the seal between lid and kettle, hanging on the rim like that...anyone else agree?

You keep it out in the elements like that you won't have to worry about it in a number of years. I have one but it is a bit small for my taste and my memory is bad about the way the lid seals.

I don't keep it out in the elements like that. That picture is several years old and not even the grill I use. And I'm talking about the brackets on the rim, not the table

I can only draw my conclusions from the pic provided. On all my cookers I have a gasket on the lids to compensate for these type of hook on accessories and it helps a lot.
