This mac and cheese will definitely be a repeat menu item. (p.s. the pork and veggies were good too

)
And I spelled cheese wrong in the title
looks good even without 1 E
Looks great, what recipe did you use? I love Mac and I love poppers. Can't wait to make some.

Maybe the subject line can only be changed in "for sale" items. I changed the subject line in a for sale item last week.
Cheers

Definitely worth trying!
1/2 pound bacon (diced)
1 link uncooked bratwurst (casing removed)
2 jalapenos (seeds removed and finely diced)
1 8 oz brick cream cheese
8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni noodles
1 cup water
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups marbled cheddar (shredded)
1/4 cup butter crackers (like Ritz) (crushed)
1 jalapeno (thinly sliced)
1 teaspoon Favorite BBQ rub
Brown bratwurst and bacon. Add jalepeno for a few minutes. Then add cream cheese and melt it down. Pour in macaroni, milk, heavy cream and water. Let simmer for 10ish minutes until thickened and macaroni softened a bit. Remove from heat then add seasoning (minus BBQ rub) and cheese. Once melted and incorporated sprinkle with BBQ rub, ritz crackers, and jalapeno.
Smoke at 225 for 30-40 min. Crank up heat to 450ish for 10 minutes to toast top.
Here is a video and write up on it from HeyGrillHey.
