Title: Hi from NJ
Post by: Jrzy.Hillbilly on September 18, 2020, 01:18:41 PM
Fresh meat that has owned Weber grills for over 30 years but has just recently come to appreciate and use kettles frequently.  I've got 2 x 22" kettles, 1 x 18" kettle, a 22" WSM, and a Summit E670.  I much prefer the kettles to the gasser but the Summit is so big for some cooks it's necessary. Not sure how much I can contribute initially so I may be lurking a bit.  I want to learn what I can from you much more knowledgeable members so that I can become one as well.  Ken

Welcome to the WKC from Gainesville, Florida

You have a good collection of kettles. No need to lurk, ask questions or post a few cooks. It's a friendly group of grill guys and gals,

How do you like your 22" wsm ?

Cheers

Welcome from Huntsville Alabama!  30 years in - we can learn from you as well.  Sounds like you have a nice setup for most any cook.

I love my WSM. It's very easy to use and I'm always able to pull good cooks off it.

I agree it's easy to use!

Next time you smoke with your wsm, post a few pics. We all like food pics.
