Used Pork Perfect rub on Aldi twin pack. Charcoal was a mix of used briquettes, plus unused Expert Grill briquettes and fresh Royal Oak Lump. Added two very small pieces of Apple wood, less than 1/4 size chunk for each. Grill temp set in at 350-370. Cooked indirect until 142. Seared 1 minute per side (top and bottom, but not sides) until tenderloin hit 152. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes. It came out very juicy and tender, with a hint of pink, which is how I like my pork.

@JEBIV, I agree on the Aldi tenderloins. They have been great. I have had good success with their meats. Wish they had a bigger selection, but that is not their strategy, which makes sense.
