Looks like bell peppers, jalapeno, poblano and Anaheim.
Bell peppers I knew. Thanks for the others. I want to use some dried Anaheim in a salsa soon

You inspired me. I took advantage of a hot grill last night after cooking steak. Roasted vegetables and made salsa.

My family loves the roasted flavor. I use Roma tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, onion, Hatch and Anaheim chilies as well as Jalape Then I just put cilantro, kosher salt and fresh lime in a food processor.
