Title: "Crusader" burger! Before & after pic.
Post by: Stoneage on July 21, 2020, 11:29:56 AM
Nice & simple juicy & full of flavor.
1/2Lb. Beef patties, marinate in Worcestershire sauce for 20 minutes. Double bacon wrap (start from opposite sides so the double thicknesses are not all together)
6 minutes a side direct (I use 2 Weber baskets to save on coals) all exhausts carburetors wide open (should be 350℉). Comes out med rare, adjust to taste.
