Title: Beef back ribs on 22 Plum

Not Dino but these shiners still had a good bit of meat on them.  Smoked quickly also. 1 hour 45 minutes and tender.  My mistake was not removing membrane like I usually do.

They were small.  Between 250-275 with some post oak chips.
