Since my brief introduction (more later), the this my second post. I have read through 80 pages, and strangely have not seen this topic come up.
I am look for both myself and a potential gift at a laser/plasma cut grill grate and do not know if this a good idea or bad. Below is an example. The ARTEFLAME has some chatter and this would be similar but obviously with gaps.
Has anyone had experience with this type of thing? Do they warp/sag? Is the cooking surface good or bad and why?
