We did a little surf and turf today, dry-aged ribeye and shrimp cooked in garlic, butter, pepper flakes and white wine. Served with collard greens.

Very, very, nice looking cook there. Who even makes collared green on a grill?! That's bomb!

Looked like a fantastic dinner. Cool idea with the bakery cart and love the Chief!
