I have a 2014 15 Performer Gold cart that I am repairing. I have tried contacting Weber for the warranty on the plastic tabletop, I like the black metal replacement but have not heard anything yet.
I have sanded and stripped all metal parts and repainted with a metallic silver and iron for the front and back panels and cart legs.
Looking for suggestion on what to do in place of the timer and its mount. Timer broken and trashed a long time ago. Any magnetic thermometers that might look good in its place?
If I cannot get the metal tabletop replacement I am debating types or wood and thickness of boards for a custom replacement.
New to WKC.
Any help is appreciated!

Looking good!
If your resin table is cracked I understand you wanting to replace it. If your table isn't cracked, it can be restored to like new by following this restoration guide.

The plastic top has a crack running about 1/4 of the way through it. I was going to try and reinforce the underside with fiberglass and resin but I don't think that's really worth the trouble.

looking good!
Cleaned up the original Weber emblem.
Sprayed the same Soft Iron as the panels then hit the belt sander from 150 down to 400 grit paper.

This is Weber's warranty.
If you can't get a table top from Weber, maybe make a wood base out of 3/4" ply and have a metal shop fabricate a SS top with sides. Have them form the sides the same depth as the original and mount it exactly like the OEM.
Sent Weber a warranty claim about 3 weeks ago, still haven't heard a word from them yet.

Ordered a Thermopro TP-17 and used the holes left from the timer mount to route the probe wires behind the front panel.
Still waiting to hear back from Weber on the warranty for the table replacement.
Almost done

Looks nice, so far. That's a great (grate) color for the panels.

Still unable to get ahold of the black ash management assembly.

Added the Vortex to the collection.
I'm finding this to be, maybe, a better addition than the slow and sear.
