Title: Picture question.
Post by: MartyG on August 12, 2012, 03:49:45 PM
When I post pictures, they show up OK, but small. You have to click them to see the full size. Others I see show up full size from the get go. Is there a setting I need to use to avoid the thumbnail mode?

I use imageshack and they seem to show up big..although I don't think clicking on the picture to make it big is an issue either, I'm sure Troy could answer your question better than I can.

I use photobucket and all I do is copy the IMG code and paste it into the post.

When you attach images through the forum software, they show up as thumbnails (and they aren't inline with your text)

When you host somewhere else, you use the IMG tag and they show up inline with your text (whereever you use the IMG tag is where the image will show up)

I'll likely disable the forum attachments soon. It's quickly filling my precious hard drive space.

Thanks Troy. I'll use the non-attachment style from now on.

a knob or a noob?
HAHA
just messing with you man :)

I think the easiest way is to create an account at pics.weberkettleclub.com
(don't use a yahoo account, yahoo is blocking all of our email)
When logged in you can drag and drop your pictures to the website and it will upload them.
then choose BBCode Medium Linked as the code option
copy and paste the code it generates right into a post here.
TADA. PICTARS!
