Some cod loins going down on the SmokeFire. Seasoned with Killer Hogs A.P. Rub. Sitting on a bed of lemons and oranges. Using Weber Grillmaster pellets.

Looks good, we have cod loins on the list of cooks to do in the next week or so

We've found that cod is really good for grilling.  Mahi mahi, red snapper and grouper are our favorites.....  I like the lemon and orange idea!

The lemon and orange slices work grate for holding delicate filets.

When I saw COD I thought, dude, what he doing, call of duty, and grilling?! Issues...lol
