EI is a 1997.  There is an age guide tab at the top of the WKC Home Page.

Thanks for the help and now to find some handles the wooden ones that are on it suck really bad!

Scott - check out Grillhandle.com - all handmade wooden handles designed to replace those on Weber kettles. Pick your wood, finish and even customize a heat branding! I've bought from here many times with great satisfaction! I'm going to replace the handles on my 1997 weber kettle once they lift the shelter-in-place restrictions in 2040.  ;)
