Title: Anybody recommend a good electric knife?

Looking for a decent electric knife to cut loins, ribs, etc. Didn't realize there were so many options available. I have a few good knifes I use, would just like to try a electric one out. I don't mind paying the money for a good one, just looking for some opinions from those who have one.
