Hey everyone! I decided to fire my kettle up this past weekend for some awesome bourbon buffalo wings. They turned out soooooo good. Every kettle owner should have a vortex specifically for wings.

Also like Evan William's for a daily drinker. The Single barrel is really good.

Man those look outstanding! My son LOVES wings - I need to perfect a method at some point.
