So let me say.. I love my pella. Set it for 250 and it stays there forever
I did baby backs today. 3 hours at 250 with SPG 1.5 wrapped in foiled and .5
Sauced naked.. they where great.. I got my pella from Kickstarter for $225
I should have bought 2 of them
