Title: Pollen dusted ribs
Post by: JEBIV on March 30, 2020, 05:10:42 AM
Took a break Sunday and did some 321 ribs, pollen everywhere, the ribs turned out good(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200330/a3c41f42218160595f715086e788eb0d.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200330/c2f74f83ae99d136304ac12ff53c5bdf.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200330/dfbd4b3d77d60cb907e5b3cd833ddc57.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200330/39ffbb3e987526ce5c04d2c13908f631.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200330/03628d485b275a05d292f7d3de1283d6.jpg)

Looks fantastic!  I may have to brave the stores soon and get some ribs.

Those ribs look delicious, and, based on the pollen count, I can't wait to see the recreation of the 13th green at Augusta National in your back yard!

Is the pollen part of the seasoning? 🤪

It was more of a finishing type of rub dusting

Looks good! Is pollen grill speak, or really pollen ?

@bbqking01 that looks like really real pollen, it happens like that in the town where I work... Cambria, Ca.  Pine pollen.

Oh, so your talking about what's on the lid then...I grew up in Washington State, west of the cascades, so I should have known. But then that was 25+yrs ago, so I get a pass...lol all I get now in Phoenix is dust, dust, and more dust.
