Hello WKC. Been lurking, reading, and learning for a couple years now and enjoy this forum very much. I am a guy who hated grilling my whole life (I am in my 50s). Bought the cheapest gas grill I could find and went ahead and ruined a lot of food for years. Got my 22 kettle 5 years ago, and since then I have come to love outdoor cooking! I am here to learn some more about grilling, bbq, smoking etc...love my kettle!
