GAMEDAY!!!!!
Pulled pork is on the menu for today. Just went on at 7:40am only 40 mins behind schedule. (Did NOT wanna wake up) started with a 12lb butt , found a interesting kingsford spicy cajun rub that I'm using. Bad boy has some kick to it.
Gotta go help out my parents before the game so goal is to wrap when I get back.
Fuse is lit. Butt is on. Smoke is rollin.

Update time. 5 hours 30 min mark pulled to wrap. The run I used has some heat to it so in order to hopefully cut it down and make it edible for my kids I did the ol rib cheat with butter and brown sugar. My oldest wanted to help so I can't say no to that. She will be cooking out back in no time. Back on and time to watch the afc championship game

All done came out grate. Not as spicy as I thought it woulda been. The brown sugar butter probably helped alot.
