Title: Monterrey chicken
Post by: HoosierKettle on October 25, 2019, 03:26:12 AM
A Malcolm reed recent recipe. Someone posted about it recently but I couldn't find it.

I used a whole package of thick cut Indiana bacon and open pit bbq sauce for that old school flavor. I used a chunk of mulberry for some smoke.

What can I say, if you put enough cheese bacon and bbq sauce on something it's going to be good. I really liked the open pit with this recipe.

I would say that was probably real good, and easy and fun to cook

I posted about this recently too. Just posted some shots in the live right now thread.

I think it'd be hard to mess this one up. I agree, bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce, what could go wrong?

Looks good!
