Title: First time reverse sear scotch (cattleman’s cutlet)

So I had the evening to myself.... time for a treat. Lit a he kettle with there   (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191019/0ff52805b902c3c48871f5e3d24e8f7b.jpg)
Followed the Weber website method for reverse sear. Inserted probes. Cooked to I grill med/well
Rested then seared for 1 minute either side.
Happy days
I think I'm going to have to cook this for the better half when she sees this post......

I've never been bold enough to French the bone and protect it from the heat like that with the foil - nice job!
