I brought some smoked deviled eggs to the meetup yesterday and several asked for the recipe. There's really not a recipe, but I'm happy to share how I made them.
First hard boil and peel the eggs. (If you're lucky SWMBO will assist so she can show you how much faster she can peel an egg. ::) ;) )
I smoke them for about 20 minutes on the mini using cherry wood. Desired temperature is low because the eggs are already cooked. Too much heat for too long will make them rubbery.

They come out a really nice golden color.

For the deviled eggs, Any recipe you like should be fine. I used mayo, mustard and a dash of cayenne. (Oops, forgot to add salt!) These pictures were from a previous cook and I sprinkled with paprika on that one.

The fatties were great too. ;D

They were very good. I'm a big fan of deviled eggs.
Those do look good and i too "let" SWMBO help with peeling eggs! ;D
I love me some deviled eggs! When you say low heat, how low are you thinking? Also, are the eggs good right off the grill too?

250-275°F would be ideal. Yes. Good for about anything you would do with hard boiled eggs.
These are going on my to do list! Looks good!
Making them eggies tomorrow
