One week until the WKC Beach Gathering at Seacliff State Beach in Aptos (also known as "shark park"). Dogs are allowed but have to be leashed at all times. Unfortunately, alcoholic beverages are not allowed. The State Park Rangers have a zero tolerance and will cite. If you plan on fudging, I would recommend pouring your drinks into red cups in your coolers out of sight. Entrance fee to the park is $10. I will have plates, cups and utensils. Bring everything else you want to sit on, drink and cook (including a kettle). Sunscreen and beach towels recommended. There are flush bathrooms available but I recommend bringing your own toilet paper.
