I figured that if I did a bread pudding on the Weber that the next logical step was to do a cheesecake.....a good call! This came out perfect! I have never made a cheesecake before but I will be making this again...and again. I let it sit overnight in the fridge since I didn't bake it until kind of late last night and wanted to give it plenty of time to set up.

How far of a drive is it to Las Vegas from where you are? Thanks, I enjoy making anything on the Weber but get a special thrill out of making something that is not usually made on one.
Whoa! :o
Nice! 8)

There is far more than steaks and chops that can be cooked on a kettle. I enjoy exploring those other things as well though I have to admit I haven't (yet) gone as far as you.
Ah man, that looks good. Cheesecake is my favorite dessert. Unfortunately my wife can't have dairy because my son who drinks breast milk has an intolerance to it. That means I don't get much dairy either in support.
