Title: First time 26 Cajun Bandit Rotisserie
Post by: mcgolden on August 04, 2019, 06:10:33 PM
Did an 8 1/2lb beef rib roast and love the results. This is a great accessory. It was a pretty big price of meet but it looks tiny In the 26.

It was a breeze to use and the roast turned out great. I ended up buying the plug in motor, vs battery. Because the 26 is so big, I thought it could be good for turkeys. I figured the stronger motor would be wise.

The one thing I've learned is to never procrastinate on third party accessories especially the good accessories. You never know when their doors will close. Get the damn roti.

Any reason behind how you set up the charcoal perpendicular to the meat/spit as opposed to the other way?

I've had one for quite some time, the 26 inch rotisserie really gives you the versatility to cook some fantastic types of food. Also you can get the adjustable ribilator for some really amazing bbq
