Title: Salt crusted pork belly.

Crispy/flaky skin with tender & juicy meat. 


7 lbs pork belly.

1/3" salt crust.

325F for 70 minutes with water pan (salt crust on).

450F without water pan for 45 mimutes (without salt crust).
