It's lunchtime now here...I'm hungry for a bacon cheeseburger. Colby Jack is my daughter's favorite on burgers, I always have to have some on hand.

Great idea doing the tots in the black iron, I do all my frozen tots, fries and onion rings etc on the grill but never in cast iron but I will next time✔💯
I do dice up my onions really small kinda like White Castle and mix them in the meat bro that takes burgers to the next level.
