Title: Hello from North Texas
Post by: GrapevineQ on June 25, 2019, 01:52:52 PM
Hi folks. I'm Dave from Grapevine, TX. I love to cook and love BBQ and I'm happy to join the page. I recently got the Weber 26 and I love it. Took her out for the maiden voyage this past weekend with a 17 lb brisket and sausage that everyone loved. Going to do chicken thighs and ribs this weekend. Looking forward to learning from you all.

Welcome to the forums. I'm just a hop, skip, and a jump away from you in Arlington, TX. I'm fairly new to the forums myself, but the folks here have been great so far. There's tons of stuff to read around every corner here. I started my journey with a 18" kettle and just purchased a new 22" kettle. I'd love to graduate to a 26" one of these days when I have a patio out back.
