Hi all, I'm Paul originally from California but I've been in Spain since '08. I've got a classic 26" with a Slow and Sear, and the upgraded grill. I normally grill for my wife and her family. I mostly cook Tri Tip and pork ribs but I'm looking for more interesting recipes. I want to try paella on the grill next!
