Finally my first brownie. Yesterday I took a 250 mile round trip in a rainstorm but was worth it to me. Has great peel. Real solid sockets and handles. Couple of chips in lid but base just dirty. Not sure if I should try straightening the handle for fear of snapping weld.

Very nice, I am a fan of the road trip kettle. I may or may not occasionally pick them up in a hurry then stop a few miles down the road to check them out. Both to aww at and also to check to see if I was in too big of a hurry.

I did just that ;) It was a quick exchange in the rain so a few miles down the road I stopped to look closer.

You probly wont snap the weld but personally I'd leave it like it is because I love the character of dented, chipped, and bent shit.
