Our big azalea looks like this for a very brief time. Rained hard all day yesterday and I thought it would be decimated today. I guess the sun had different plans. Just happened to be getting next weekend's grills ready to transport for the car-show meetup charity cook in Oakton VA., and had to grab a pic.

Your azalea does provide a beautiful background Marty. Your wife know your borrowing her blue MT for the event?
Not yet - but when she pulls up the driveway it will be hard to hide. I'll distract her with a Caribbean Jerk-rubbed bird on the roti as she walks past the Summit gasser that's just outside the door.
That is a beautiful Azalea, I just finished pruning all of ours. Blooms completely gone down here
That is an incredible picture.

Sometimes those brief moments in time are so beautiful, and so sadly transient here one second and gone the next.
