Title: Weber's Greatest Hits: Santa Maria Style Tri Tip Steak Sanwiches

It is a great recipe...the sandwiches were eaten before I could get a picture of one, but the Tri Tip came out nice...never cooked one before. 

Mrs.Foster Dahlet was a little chatty tonight and I overshot the  temp by 5 degrees.  Still it was very tasty.   The sauce recipe for the sandwich is gold.

 8)  very nice tri tip ... looks real good .. I marinade mine for a couple days and have a hard time cause wife wont eat it pink .. so I cut my portion off early   .... :)

Looks perfect to me! I've got Weber's Greatest Hits too. The recipe for cheeseburgers is amazing.
