Hi Folks,

I'm a recent Weber convert, although I've been grilling for most of my life. I got started on a cheap no-name charcoal grill, moved to an apartment where I couldn't have a grill, then when I had kids and moved into my own house, the speed and convenience of gas outweighed my preference for charcoal. Now my youngest is 17, and I bought a WSM last summer, a jumbo joe a couple of months later, and now got one of the red 22" kettles a couple weeks ago, and I'm grilling things I could never have done on any of my prior grills...and loving life while I do it! :)
