Title: First Timer

So I have never owned a weber grill (or any kind of charcoal grill before) and have only worked on a gas powered grill.  I really want to give a charcoal grill a try and I figured weber is the best out there. So how does a first timer start?  Where do I learn the basics?  Are there any good tutorials or guides to follow on youtube for first timers?  Does it take a while to learn or is it pretty easy to catch on?  Any info would be great!

Weber has a good, basic information on their website. They also have some handy applications for your smart phone.
These are great places to start, and then you can take it as far as you would like from there.
