Nice work, I like how the veggies and meat are separated, they cook different so they should be on different skewers imo... it bugs me when people mix for some reason. Your setup is dope.

I guess it's ok as long as you prefer your meat rare otherwise the veggies will get overdone if on the same skewer.

Glad to see more members around the area.
