I just want to see the tricked out step ladder you made for this... I know there has to be one.

Looks like two different types of stackers you have there; do you prefer one over the other?

The 14" stackers are custom made by Spitfire Grilling and the 9 1/2" are re-purposed Caliente stackers. In terms of built quality, the Caliente are hands down vastly superior. Slightly thicker stainless and both upper and lower lips are rolled in a much more robust manner. I'm 170 lbs and if i put it on its side and sits on it, it will barely flex by 1/2". The Caliente are also better built and stiffer than the Cajun Bandit smoker conversion stacker. Also, the Caliente are slightly more airtight than both the Spitfire & CB. The big advantage of the Spitfire is that it can be customized to any height and cost half as much. The 2 Spitfires cost less than a single Caliente or CB stackers.

Might has gone a bit overboard especially since the rest of my household rarely eat meat products more than once or twice a week.
Do you have a link for spitfire grilling? I googled it but not finding anywhere to buy stuff.
