Title: New (to me) Char Q
Post by: fat-boy on February 04, 2019, 04:24:58 PM
I picked this bad boy up this last weekend for $45. It's gonna get a good deep cleaning, but I just had to try some steaks for lunch after of course I cleaned the grates. I love its searing abilities! This is gonna be a permanent part of my rotation!

Kind of funny, but I'm still trying to get around to getting a non-round GA.
People talking about the GAs are why I know I'll eventually get one.
Let us know how you like it.  I'm sure eventually, I'll wind up getting one.

I still have yet to see one in real life let alone for sale.

Congrats. Really did make some nice sear marks on those steaks.

Gotta have my CharQ brother! 10 wasn't bad at all.  In town sucked though.

Nice!  I passed on one for $25 last year.  Should have grabbed it.

That's awesome! For some reason, I thought all the Weber's that shape were electric or portable propane. I know I've passed over a couple at thrift stores or garage sales without really looking to see if they were charcoal, because I just assumed.
