Title: The New Year's Cook

One of my friends and I pooled our money to do a New Year's barbecue. We ended up moving it up a couple of days because of the heavy rain in the weather forecast and to better fit around my awful work schedule. It's a good thing we did because it poured here.

So, a lobster tail each, a bunch of shrimp, and a three pack of strip steaks. I ended up making a small plate of leftovers with the third steak and took it to work the next day for lunch. That was a feast!  The beat up $100 Kijiji workstation came through again...
