Title: First attempt.
Post by: Joshua_423 on January 12, 2019, 10:43:26 AM
This is my first attempt at spare ribs( or any ribs on the kettle). I am using the snake method with mesquite and apple wood alternating around the ring. If my with rats them then it is a win!

Good luck. I wouldn't put to much stock in what the rats think, their standards are pretty low. But... if your wife likes them, you'll be making them a lot more often.

Well it started raining and got really cold about 3 hrs in so I pulled them and finished in the oven. My WIFE did enjoy them. I'm sure the rats will leave a note for me in the morning.
