First experience with cooking on Weber was June of 2018 on a 18" kettle. I've cooked on every type of charcoal grill and never knew what I was missing. 1st cook was 2 racks of ribs, chicken legs and corn on the cob. What a delicious meal.
Then to see if it was a fluke and if I could do it, I bought an 18 jumbo joe and smoked a full packer brisket (12 lbs) on it. Using the snake method, that little Weber made a brisket that Arron Franklin would've been proud of. I also threw a flattop griddle on it and made Philly cheesesteaks.
I've bought a 22" WSM and have done a few mods on it. It it now the most versatile charcoal smoker/griller anyone has ever seen. 6 briskets or Boston butts, 9 racks of baby backs laying flat, can't imagine how much chicken can fit and to top everything off, every accessory for the 22 Weber kettle.
I think I have an addiction ... lol

Welcome from Doraville,Ga. Awesome looking cooks, you are well on the way to contracting Weberitis
Welcome from Arizona! Doing a brisket on a JJ is winning in my book!
Welcome from Virginia Beach, VA.
Welcome from Melrose Park, IL.. Weberitis is real... really fun👍
What an awesome day. Took the center section of my WSM out, dropped the top grill on top of the charcoal ring and proceeded to make some of the best roadside chicken I've ever had ...
I've heard that it's not the cooker but the cook that makes the meal but when you start off with GREAT equipment it sure becomes easier.

Pretty sure that's the unofficial tag line here on these forums. I started out with 1 and now have 20 in the course of 5 years.

Correct Brain... No rehab... but that is where we introduce "Rotation". We rotate them all. everybody gets a turn to get all hot and bothered. And produce AMAZING food..... I have 44 Weber's in all LP and Charcoal. Some show, some to collect and the other kids get a turn every now and then.
Grill on!!

That's the truth. Before finding this site I felt weird for wanting more kettles. It just feels normal now. In fact I feel like I have a very conservative amount compared to most on here.
